The Driver's Gear Box strives to source the best gear to enhance driving and style, regardless of the origin.  This means we need to respect and incorporate the Terms of Service of all our suppliers, large and small, to the best of our ability.  Based on the gear we offer now, here are the terms of service for The Driver's Gear Box. Terms of service and the content of The Driver's Gear Box's website (including pricing and products) may be revised without notice and customers are advised to read before using the site. Customers using this website agree to the stated terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use the website.  All content on this website, including images, designs, text, logos and graphics, is the property of The Driver's Gear Box.

Shipping

Our goal is to fulfill orders within three business days of purchase when in stock. If we need more time, we will let you know right away. Shipping costs are in addition to the stated item price and depend on the delivery option you select. They are confirmed on the checkout screen. Once your order is ready to ship, Standard Shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business for delivery.

Returns and Refunds

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange an item, offer a refund or issue a credit note provided you inform us of your intention to return your purchase within seven days of receipt of the item. To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There are no returns, exchanges or refunds available for socks and underwear. 

In respect of bespoke items, items made to order and personalized items, the return policy described above will only apply if the item arrives damaged. Otherwise, sales are final for these items.

To return or exchange your product (other than socks or underwear), please email us at info@driversgearbox.com to get instructions within the seven day period. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for items that we do not receive. Returned items must be received by us within 30 days from the date you received the items.

Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item on time. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or your refund. If you are approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed within 10 days of receipt. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the product being returned does not meet the stated requirements, we will be unable to offer an exchange, refund or credit note, and items can be returned to you at your own cost.

For leather goods, please note that quality leather ages with time and lighting conditions will change the colour. As leather products are made from natural cow hide leather, slight grain and colour variations are to be expected, and hence, a return or exchange for this reason will not be accepted.

Cancellations

You are able to cancel your order by contacting us at info@driversgearbox.com but only if you have not received confirmation that your order has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, orders cannot be cancelled, but items can be returned, as per the above returns - exchanges and refunds policy.
